You drop your laundry off at our porch, located within Atlanta, TX city limits (the exact address is provided on the intake form after booking). We'll text or call you as soon as your order is ready, and you swing by to pick it up.

Orders under 20 lbs include an additional $8 delivery fee.
We come to you, both ways — picking up from your porch or meeting you in person, and delivering the same way once it's ready. We'll always check in with you beforehand to confirm which you prefer and make sure you're available, so nothing gets left outside unattended.

Packing it up
The easiest and preferred way to send laundry is in a 13-gallon trash bag. As a general guide, a full 13-gallon bag typically holds:

If a basket is easier than bagging things up, that works too. We sort lights from darks and wash towels separately, no matter how it arrives.
We weigh every order before sorting and washing begins, and we'll communicate the actual weight to you before starting so you know exactly what you're being charged. If you'd rather see it weighed in person, just let us know and we'll weigh it in front of you at pick-up.
Getting it to us (and back to you)
Prefer a no-contact handoff? Leave your bag on the porch and we'll do the same when it's returned.
Prefer to meet face to face? We're happy to hand off in person at pickup and delivery too.
Just let us know your preference when you book.
The finished product
Every order comes back neatly folded and organized — no re-sorting required on your end. Just open the bag and put it away.
Special requests
If you have items that need special handling — like blouses that should be hung to dry — just let us know and pack those items in a separate bag. We'll take care of it exactly as instructed, at no extra charge.
Because your full order is kept together and delivered as one, including special-care items may extend your turnaround to 48-72 hours.
No upcharge — just a little extra timeWant items returned on hangers? Just say so when you book. You're welcome to supply your own hangers, or we'll provide them for $0.25 each.
Choose from 3 in-house detergent options, or send your own if you have a preference or sensitivity. If you provide your own, we'll use it exactly as supplied, no substitutions.
We treat stains as part of every order. We cannot guarantee full stain removal, but we'll always give it our best effort.
Booking
When you book online, you'll fill out a short intake form covering detergent preference, allergy notices, hanging preferences, and any special instructions — so everything's set before we ever touch your laundry.

Comforters, rugs, pet bedding, or heavily soiled items (paint, oil, biohazard materials).
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or color bleed on items not properly labeled for special care.
